olympic standard

This is my first post for a LONG time. I'm sitting here at the computer waiting for the results of Josh's race to pop up on the computer. At this very moment he's running the steeple at stanford. He's going for the Olympic A standard which is 8:26- that would be a 4 ish secong PR... I hope he gets it!
